Poor service

I have tried to get in touch with the lady by the name of ntombi to get the call recording of the day I took a service policy with warranty solutions and till now she hasn't answered my phone or give me a call back, all I get is the secretary. I thought this company was valid but now I can see that I'm a victim of their ****.
