Warranty Solutions if not there do assist customers at all. The claims Manager Mark Hutchinson is very arrogant. I filled a claim on my warranty after three successful debit orders went off my account. The man kept on asking for the most ridiculous things I suspect with the aim of finding something he can use to decline my claim. Please stay away from the company , the level of unprofessionalism is sickening. They simply don't care.
