Lost money for car service plan

I have registered a car service package with Warranty Solutions beginning of November 2020 and was told that I will be able to take a car for 1st service after 3 Months. End of January I called just to confirm before I take the car for service, The guy who answered who is a Manager/Owner was very rude to me saying no according to him it will mature end of Feb then I left it now this week I call again to confirm before I take the car, the same guy said no he won't pay for the service so very rude. Am confused after paying R450 for 4 months but they cant pay for service so I just asked to be transferred to cancellation so please look out for this coz I lost money for nothing now have to start looking for another service plan, bad service if there is one.
