I took their service...

I took their service plan on January then lastmonths my car was due for service I phoned them for authorization they told me to took my car in for service then later when service is done the workshop phoned me saying warranty solution didn't pay then i phoned them my self to found out why they told me that my car was not due for a service so they won't pay I send them the service book and they came back to me saying they won't pay coz I suppose to drive 1500 killos left but i was left with no killoz left on my car to drive but the 14days.. so disappointing?
