Claim Rejected

Good Day,

Not happy at all about Warranty Solution. this is for the second time I try to claim and I was rejected. I have a problem with my car overheating and it falls under Cooling system according to my Policy. The mechanic discovered the oil cooler is faulty now the insurance is not willing to help me.I am not happy about Eugene Williams I dont think he is doing his Job.
