Car Warranty Policies

Have you ever taken out car warranty insurance? Do you know every part of an engine and all unlisted parts. Well l don't much to my detriment. After nearly three years of motoring, last week the oil cooler failed along with thermostats etc. As it wasn't a list part, the claim wasn't accepted. The repair bill was initially R32000 from SMG. My regular garage price the repairs at R19000. I offered R8000 and WS pay the balance. NO was the retort.
