Car Service Warrant

Good day My name is Mpho Setaba I joined Warranty Solutions there promised me that every service that I do on the car there will pay for it fully , to my surprise I took the vehicle to Service Centre ,firstly these guys when there where called there said I'm in arrears to my surprise I was not , then there took me to pillar to post sadly, now there wanted to negotiate the price of the service with Car service City and the amount that there want to pay it's far less than what Car service City is charging to my surprise 😮 there now want me to hop it up , how on earth can that happen,
