I took out a maintenance and service plan with Warranty solutions when I bought my car and it was for 5 years. At the end of the 5th year in May 2015 I phone VW to service my car as 5 years/60 00km is coming up, they said no my car can only come in, in June as my last service was in June last year and they cannot service it a month earlier (every year I took my car in the month it is a year service or the km's whichever comes first. So the service dates is up to VW and I cannot tell them okay I want my car to be service. Now in June I took my car in for the service as per the instructions of VW, they phoned me sorry warranty service won't pay my service as my policy ended in May a month prior. I had a policy with WS up until 5 year or 60 000km service and my car can only go in now in June for a service as per VW, even though I wanted to book it in, in May. I was under the impression that my warranty will still pay my service for the 60 000km service even though it is going in for a service in June as VW told me they cannot take my car in May and like I said this is out of my hand.
