Bad warranty service

Good day in last year april I bought a second hand. Car from. Lisa reposesion bank on arrival I received this warranty that promised that in a eveny of a. Mechanical failure they wil pay I also received a a vehicle inspection sheet to confirm all. Drive belts and engine components have been checkd I've not even drive 2000kms and had to repair tensioner pully and a relay. Switch the motor waranty did not want to pay this two months later my engine seized due to the previos owner who had it and then sold. It to the motor dealer thy repaired the water pump and bolts incorectly nw I'm being told. That they won't pay but my inspection sheets from the warranty states all. Components have been check. I am taking legal action against. This warranty due to all the money I've lost unfortnutley I only got my car back. 4 months later due to parts that I had to weighted for to. Come from germany also carte Blanche wil be visiting ure premises soon how can u promise in ure booklet ease of mind and components coverd.
