Bad Reanult Car experience

I bought a brand new CLIO IV 900T BLAZE LTD EDITION RENAULT 2016 last year around end August towards Early September and i was very excited about it cause i was told since it is a brand new car i've got a warranty on it and i took a maintainance plan with Liquid Capital as well just to be on safest side because it is my brand new car.

Last month on the 29th of April 2017 while i was driving my car which was 7 months with almost 17000 km i got stuck on the road. The car just stop picking up the speed and on massage board it showed "check start and stop button" i had to pull over and in that very moment i realised there was a funny smell coming from the front of my car. As a woman i didnt know what was going on with my car. Because i was in the middle of nowhere after sometime i try to push it until i am in Lephalale town. That's when the car stopped moving completely. Because i knew my car was still under warranty i called the Reanult Road assistant and they came and tow the car to the nearest Reanult garage. which is the one in Polokwane. I had to make the means to get to JHB since i was told the courtsey car will take long to come.

since then i have been communicating with people from Reanult garage in Polokwane. i was told that my clutch is burnt and this is my fault and the warranty would not pay for it. Then i told these people that i've got the maintainance plan as well which is liquid capital. As well the liquid Capital said they were not paying. Right now i need to pay R11700 for the repairment of the car which had a mechanical problem and is still under warrantly and maintainance plan. the car is still very brand new.

i do not understand what is the use of me paying the maintainance plan and having a warranty if i will have to be reaped off like that. i was dring not even on the clutch but my car start acting up

it is the 3rd week of winter of me with no car and now i am being told i need to pay that much for the car that has warranty and maintainance plan
