Awful customer service

I was put through to this company as an over I purchased from Argos has developed a fault. The man on the phone was rude from the outset. Told me to ring Argos and then went so far as to ask me "what I had done to the oven" I said thanks goodbye and put the phone down before I got very annoyed.
