Appalling Service

My First time experience with Warranty Solutions is the worst, the most appaling service I've ever received. The Staff is not friendly at all either. The airbag light went on while I was driving last week and I called Warranty Solutions to let them know what was happening with regards to the light and they told me my cover policy doesn't cover airbags, mind you they don't even know which policy I have because they didn't even request for my details when I called, I tried explaining to them that it's not the airbag per se but rather could be an electrical fault and they told me to take it in for an inspection and the technician confirmed that it is an electrical fault rather the switch that's faulty and he tried communicating this to Warranty Solutions and they said they don't cover airbags still and when he mentioned it's not the airbags but rather the switch then they said they don't cover that either. I certainly would never recommend these guys to anyone. They're service is just utter *******.
