ALWAYS AN EXCUSE NOT TO CLAIM

Its funny how these companies are so quick to sell you a policy and then when you want to claim they have all these reasons why they cant honour your claim. I paid R 13 000.00 for a warranty. The one time I want to claim for damaged parts, I am told its not covered, even when I argued that its on the policy, I was told that those parts are not covered, when I explained it says it on my policy, the guy was very rude and said, show me on the policy where it says that. When I read it out, he says what you are claiming is not the same thing. I am done with these people so eage
