Urgent: Defective Mirror Delivered and Delayed Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding a mirror I purchased from OneDayOnly store. The mirror was delivered with extensive woodworm damage throughout the wooden frame. I reported the issue on the same day of delivery and provided photographs as requested. Despite this, the matter remains unresolved. I have repeatedly been advised that you are waiting for confirmation from Ceilo regarding collection. However, my purchase was made through OneDayOnly, and I expect OneDayOnly to take responsibility for resolving this issue promptly. As your customer, I should not have to endure ongoing delays due to communication issues between yourselves and your supplier. I paid a significant amount for this item and received a defective product. The lack of progress and ongoing excuses are unacceptable. Please provide a clear resolution and a confirmed collection and replacement/refund date without further delay. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer channels.

Please becareful with OneDayOnly, they love your money, but to refund is a huge issue. Never will I buy anything from them.
