Prime South Africa - Third party claim R140k delay 55 days - ***

Good day Prime South Africa Team,

I am third party claimant seeking resolution.Accident date: 21 August 2026 AR number: *** My vehicle: Insured vehicle: Prime claim number: *** Claim amount: R140,000

It is now 55 days since accident. All documents submitted including AR ***, repair quotes, photos and vehicle registration. To date I have not received final written liability decision. I understand Prime is awaiting insured's cooperation, but as third party I have no control over this. The delay is prejudicial as vehicle remains unrepaired and incurring costs. In terms of Policyholder Protection Rules, I respectfully request: Final written liability decision within 5 business days If repudiated, written reasons for repudiation have supporting documents available and willing to cooperate.
