YOU CAN DO BETTER
I registered an account long ago,but I just sent my documents days back and even now are still pending and to the reviews I see here seems like thats a thing,plz though fix this

After checking, we can confirm that your documents were uploaded on the 10th and were successfully FICA verified on the 14th. Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay. At present, we process FICA documents manually, which unfortunately means we don’t get an automatic notification when a user uploads their documents. This sometimes results in delays, and we know how inconvenient that can be. The good news is that we are actively working on a system upgrade that will allow documents to be automatically verified, making the process faster and smoother for our players going forward. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. Your experience is important to us, and we are committed to doing better. Kind regards.
