You guys are ********, Your are Affiliated with ***, After doing a OTT voucher purchase and inputting it into the system, it says insufficient funds, then when trying again it says already redeemed, Then The Account still Says Zero balance, Then I contacted OTT Support and they indeed confirmed YOU did take the money But dit not fund my Account, You have ZERO support online or Via Phone, You are a bunch of *******, useless Company ********!!!!!

Wanejobets disables cashier after verification completed
Worst site to bet on, stay far far away, been told by support my account is verified multiple times, they even called, told me to log in and check that its fine but just for them to disable the cashier and call it a technical error 5 replies from them just saying the same message Technical team is working on it Reported them to the gambling board today hopefully that might help/ force them to enable withdrawal as i have send the whole tread Good luck to those that want to still risk it after reading this, trust me don't, they know what they doing hoping you will bet your winnings away Or whenever you do just document everything so its clear as day that they have no foot to stand on as im doing now with the gambling board My winnings came from 5 ott deposits in 1 day no bonus, on any of them as im sure if i did there was no way of getting my winnings I posted this to warn the public, and how they are still allowed to take ott deposits and have a license from the Eastern Cape Gambling Board is interesting especially when its clear as day the tactics being used.

Extremely Frustrating Withdrawal Delays and Poor Customer Experience
I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent regarding my withdrawals. I have been waiting since 19 August for funds that should have been paid out long ago. Instead of receiving my withdrawals promptly, I am being paid in small amounts over time, with no clear explanation as to why the process is taking so long. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have spent a considerable amount of money at this casino. When I first joined , everything seemed fine. In fact, they even sent me branded merchandise, including a hoodie, which made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, my experience has changed dramatically. The prolonged withdrawal process has become extremely frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in the casino. On top of that, the bonuses and promotions that were previously available to me have seemingly disappeared. As a customer, I expect fair treatment, transparent communication, and timely payouts. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase updates and wait far longer than what I believe is reasonable. Because of this experience, I will no longer be playing at this casino. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and improves its withdrawal process so that other players do not have to go through the same frustration. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this casino based on my recent experience.
