Withdrawals not received

I made a withdrawal of R500 and R200 which I never received from wanejobets they even asked for my bank statement and I did sent but nothing changed, now there’s a withdrawal of R1600 and R1950 which I didn’t receive and no one is help me receive my withdrawals
