I've tried to upload my ID several times just show pending for 2weeks other documents already loaded

However, we would like to clarify that the reason your ID remained in a pending status is because it was uploaded incorrectly. Our team did send multiple emails informing you of this, along with detailed instructions on how to correctly upload the required documentation. Unfortunately, until documents are submitted in the correct format, we are unable to approve them for compliance reasons.
