They reject our withdrawall money and say its for the promotion
I have requested withdrawal on monday playing with my real money R1400 that i have win withouth any promotion then i play their promotion and try to withdraw some money again they ending up reject my R1400 and say its for their promotion .ive deposite R40. And play ive managed to win that R1400 not under their promotion but they refuse to pay me .kindly assist

18 Jun 2024, 10:16I realy love playing your website and even recommended to other people but what you guys have done im realy disapointed cs that money i did withraw yestarday it was not for the promotion i have rechage yestarday at 10: 37 with R40 and i did play and win R900 then i did rechage again with my R100 at 12:29 and i did my withdrawal at 12 :52 ...
That samba saturday bonus it was created at 21:00

But leave my yestrday withdawal cs it was from my deposited money not for the promotion .please kindly check this matter please i beg you i need my R1400 the first withdrawal its not from the bonus.

I really understand a bout your bonuse terms and condition i understand it well that my money for the promotion is only R500 yes you have the right to take it all the winning balance from only that saturday bonus ....that i did withdraw from 9 Pm ..

18 Jun 2024, 13:53Dear User, we have done an investigation with the finance team and it indicates that bonus winnings were withdrawn. As per our terms and conditions, bonus campaigns has a maximum payout. The amount won from the deposit of R40 is R62.21 which will be paid

18 Jun 2024, 14:57Im not happy at all ive been treated even bad at your call center while im conserned with my withdrwal your answer is totally wrong ive deppsited R40 in the morning before i used your bonus and i deposited R100 and i did play and win R900 and i win R180 ×3 .
Did withdrawal same time for R1400 . And a fter i recharge again with R50 wich i was not even credited for monday bonus .....Ive trusted and hoping that you will do your invistigation well .im not crazy i cant **** about this ......and it realy hurt me alote the wat you have reject my withdrawal and credited to your bonus thats not fair
