I deposited R500 with them. After doing so I was granted a 420 spin bouns on ze zeus. I only won R50, you have to wager 10x to use the balance but I then wagered much more than that amount and even still could only do R5 spins and the wins were being split 50% to bouns balance and 50% to my balance. I know this is whats documented but I was not allowed to claim my bouns.
I then went to the bouns section went to the the ze zeus bonus and clicked play and it removed my bouns balance.
I deposited R500, wont R52 in free spins and then when the bouns was removed it took R360.
