Poor service
I have waiting for my FICA documents to be approved so that I can withdraw it's now four days ,I even sent an email still no respond .

Please forward a picture of your ID Book or ID card (front and back) in colour, proof of address and proof of banking account. The account will go for a verification process in order for it to be enabled. We apologies for the inconvenience.
