Not happy at all
My account is saying user disabled. After days of trading to get verified. Now I can't access my account and no response if I send emails 🙃 I even referred some people to sign up now I'm a fool 🙃

Kindly note that the system has detected irregularities with the account. Please forward a picture of your ID Book or ID card (front and back) in color, proof of address and proof of banking account. The account will go for a verification process in order for it to be enabled.

09 Jan 2025, 08:57Why now I'm not allowed to withdraw my winnings and I deposited then try to play it's now saying game disabled with an active bonus on every game even on that sport mania which shows active bonus. Can you please be specific we don't want to waste our time and data playing then not given our winnings. Now I'm told some participants didn't get their winnings is it my fault why did you credit my account at the first place when you know there is errors. I'm not happy at all now I'm beginning to see that all negative comments seems to be true.
