No link sent to my email for the past 48hours
I have been trying to verify my email but app kept saying it has sent the link to my email address but nothing I have deposited and now I have winings which I can't withdraw, I have verified everything except email address

Kindly note that the issue is not related to the email verification link. The reason you are currently unable to withdraw is because your FICA documents are still outstanding, as required in the withdrawal Terms and Conditions.
An email has already been sent to you with full instructions on the correct documents to upload. We kindly ask that you refer to that email and submit the required documents so that your account can be verified.
Once your FICA verification is completed successfully, you will be able to proceed with your withdrawal.
We appreciate your cooperation and are here to assist if you need further guidance.
