Extremely Frustrating Withdrawal Delays and Poor Customer Experience

I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent regarding my withdrawals. I have been waiting since 19 August for funds that should have been paid out long ago. Instead of receiving my withdrawals promptly, I am being paid in small amounts over time, with no clear explanation as to why the process is taking so long.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have spent a considerable amount of money at this casino. When I first joined , everything seemed fine. In fact, they even sent me branded merchandise, including a hoodie, which made me feel like a valued customer.

Unfortunately, my experience has changed dramatically. The prolonged withdrawal process has become extremely frustrating and has completely eroded my trust in the casino. On top of that, the bonuses and promotions that were previously available to me have seemingly disappeared.

As a customer, I expect fair treatment, transparent communication, and timely payouts. Instead, I have had to repeatedly chase updates and wait far longer than what I believe is reasonable.

Because of this experience, I will no longer be playing at this casino. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and improves its withdrawal process so that other players do not have to go through the same frustration.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this casino based on my recent experience.
