Can't complain about service, because there is none...
Just as I suspected that I'm obviously not the only struggling with these ***********,unprofesional people who gets paid for nothing. Reading through some of the reviews just now I see that it's clearly an issue to get your account fica approved, 24hrs my ass they don't even review the docs quite frankly I think that they don't even open them they just send an automated reply with some bull**** of what they require, when you've sent them exactly what they are asking for.
I would not recommend this wanna be gambling site to anyone, you are going to be very disgusted, frustrated and disapointed after having to deal with one of their so called customer service agents

Once a copy of your ID and proof of bank account is received, your withdrawal will be verified. We require the proper documentation in order to complete the FICA process. Thank You

12 Aug 2024, 09:42Just more proof of how absolutely *********** you are, As I explained in my affidavit I DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT, and my I'd along with the exact same affidavit has been accepted by 3 other betting sites, so what exactly your problem is only you will know, like I said in my mail it must be because your broke AF and can't afford to payout the ridiculous bonusses you offer when it's been wagered.
Oh and I have not made any withdrawal requests as my account isn't fica approved and if you weren't aware of the fact you can't request a withdrawal if your account isn't fica'd, now you are...
