Wanatu - Pathetic

Wanatu is a new app, they want to be like Bolt and Uber but they are SO ***********. I booked a ride with them, but then cancelled it. They took the money from my account but never refunded it. I've sent numerous emails, and I phoned them. The person answering the phone was so ***********, he could not give me answers and my emails were ignored. Please people, do now make use of their service, rather use Bolt and Uber
