Waste of time!

Online order and pickup is supposed to save time and be convenient. Some items given to another customer, but showed that it was picked and available for pickup. After the employee went back in to look for the items, he came back to tell me it must have been given to someone else! Waste of time! A refund was prosessed. This is poor customer service!
