Walmart

I will never set foot in Walmart again. I used there online delivery and they ripped me off 4 times. When I placed my order, it automatically charges you a hold amount. Then when the order has been picked and ready for delivery, it is supposed to give you back the difference if the final cost is lower. When looking back through my bank statements, Walmart has not refunded me the difference for the last four times. When I phoned customer service, they just made up every excuse in the book. I was told that it was a glitch in the system. Four times in a row? I highly doubt that. Walmart will always put the blame on something else rather than take responsibility. They still have not refunded me from July 2023 until now, October 2023. Their workers are ***********. I recommend staying away from Walmart and shopping at Canadian owned stores.
