Bad client service

Beware when buying appliances or print accessories. Bought ink cartridges for some one. Once they opened it it was wrong. Returned the open box and refused to refund because of the box was opened. Will never shop or support them again. They are quick to take your money, but not helpful when refunds take place. It was Bought 4day later and returned, not used or damaged. Support just as useless. Has been 4days and still refusing refund or exchange.
