Waka TV - worst nightmare

I boight 2 subscriptions on 30 November 2024. Still not active. I tried chatting to someone on their whats app nr, very rude person told me to talk to my agent. I dont have a waka agent. R262 down the drain. I have sent numerous mails, to no avail. They take your money and do nothing to assist you.
