Paid but unable to access the service
I paid for the monthly subscription but was unable to download or access the app. I emailed *** for assistance but still haven't received a response. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for the service.

I subscribed almost 2 weeks ago, hoping to watch more sport on TV, and then they had me make payment, without warning that their system only operates on very old cell phones (my S24 was too new). They sent me a message stating this afterwards, but yet there has been no refund or correspondence in this regard - I sent emails. Be careful.

Good afternoon
Good afternoon. I want to make a statement on Bikeshop Boksburg/Suzuki East. Family bought a brand new Suzuki and after the first service, unknown scratches appeared on the bike. We report it with management and within no time they checked all available footages. No evidence available on how it got scratched. They told me that they are willing to buff it out and I took the bike in. We received it back as good as New. Thank you for your friendly and good service.

Waka Tv has the worst after sales service!!!
I joined Waka last month and all was fine. Now that I renewed my subscription, all of a sudden my account doesn't exist. It existed when I completed the payment. Getting someone to reply on WhatsApp or email to assist is a nightmare. Got all different number and they all say "Oh, sorry to here. We can't help, but try this number."

I joined Waka last month and all was fine. Now that I renewed my subscription, all of a sudden my account doesn't exist. It existed when I completed the payment. Getting someone to reply on WhatsApp or email to assist is a nightmare. Got all different number and they all say "Oh, sorry to here. We can't help, but try this number."

Poor Service, has a professional profile pic of a lady who does not even respond.
Paid two months and struggle for them to connect me. Send many messages but still no joy. One month cannot connect to phone, this month cannot connect to the Tv. Buffers all the time, skips, jumps, hops. Poor sound, channels not working but continues to take peoples money. They say they received payment but still no show.

WAKA TV do not refund
This service did not work - constant buffering even with a 100MBS connection. I asked for a refund three times and they just ignore you and suspend the service paid for. Terrible service and experience.
