WAKA TV POOR SERVICE

I purchase a 30-day subscription from a Bradley and still waiting for code. When I sent messages to email and WhatsApp number, they provide I get no reply. I submitted proof of payment and took screen shots. I emailed and WhatsApp it to them and still no reply. POOR SERVICE!!!
