Waka Tv has the worst after sales service!!!

I joined Waka last month and all was fine. Now that I renewed my subscription, all of a sudden my account doesn't exist. It existed when I completed the payment. Getting someone to reply on WhatsApp or email to assist is a nightmare. Got all different number and they all say "Oh, sorry to here. We can't help, but try this number."
