Waka Tv

I have recently signed up for a month’s subscription for WAKA TV for an amount of R155.80. To my disappointment this live tv does not broadcast well enough and constantly buffers though I have a good internet connection. Prior to subscribing, during the 7 day trial period it televised very well. I have sent an email a few days ago to service provider requesting a full refund as I am unable to view any live broadcast at the moment. I was given a reference number #2648 from their support centre to contact : *** which I have done with no response till date. To my frustration I will not recommend this live tv on demand platform to anyone as it is a total *******. Could give it a ZERO STAR Rating if I could.
