Unhappy customer

Very unhappy with the service of Waka tv and the staff members of the 2 WhatsApp groups. We have to pay to watch what? No signal, buffering and repeating over and over. I was told on one of the WhatsApp groups to send my proof of payment and the MAC number to an email adres, but that email adres does not exist. Send the proof of payment to the WhatsApp numbers nothing. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THE TECHNICIANS CAN'T SORT THE PROBLEM
