Reseller robbing the public

I bought two subscriptions from a guy in Pietermaritzburg (KZN) called Barry earlier this month but only one token is working. Barry is refusing to refund me at the same time he can't fix or find the fault. His arrogancy ("I have 500+ customers without complaints"), poor customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I mean why do business if you are technically and emotionally challenged? The guy can't figure out the cellphone binding! Yeeeeerrrrr! I also send an email to Waka and no response up to now (3 days later). It says a lot about this business and their ethics. All they want is money without services!!!
