Non existent support

I see sooooo many customers asking for help on the WAKA support page and get no feedback or problems don't get resolved. Many customers are leaving to other IPTV platforms. On this rate WAKA TV is going to loose all customers and closing business.

We pay for a service which is not working 100% and that is OK but then you must be committed to solve the problems and get back to customers before people starting to demand their money back.

Now let's see how long I will wait form my issues to be resolved. 1. Under the bridge series episode 5 and 6 have voice direction which needs to be disabled. 2. Diepe waters series are soo far behind. Only showing up to episode 119 and other platforms already at epsiode 138. 3. Playback just show black screen but there are audio but NO video.

I request this to be fixed and get feedback when it's done.
