THIS is customer service

This is an international company that delivers fitness products. Their service is something above an beyond anything I've experienced before. I purchased one of their products about 4 years ago and recently it started acting up. Not only was it 4 years old but I also bought it in another country. Out of curiosity I contacted them to find out if there is something I can do to resolve my issue. To my amazement after suggesting I try a few things they arranged for a product replacement to be delivered to me. I will definitively continue using their products.
