Not impressed!

For an overnight stay it is adequate. Our shower leaked water all over the floor. Great that they accommodate pets (which also pay for accommodation), but the grounds and grass certainly need some cleaning up. There are lots of clingy seeds from trees that got stuck in our pets furs and in the area where there aren't as much there's duck poo all over the place. I do understand that it is a country lodge, but still... Also watch out for ticks! Luckily our dogs had their Bravecto beforehand, but I find it concerning and unhealthy for dogs. Some dog owners also ignore the rule of having your dog on leash and picking up their poo. The building overall needs attention and maintenance. It is pricy for what you get. We stayed in other places which aren't as expensive and with far better accommodation. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly!
