ZERO Customer Service expected when using the phone options...
Pathetic customer service on the phone... Great customer service when you're in the branch. Paarl branch phone just rings... You NEVER speak to someone. Then I discovered the WhatsApp option... Just as pathetic. Follow the prompts(which come very quickly) until you're transferred to a Sales Agent. I requested a quote YESTERDAY morning... It's more than 24 hours later and I get a reply that states my ticket will be closed if I don't respond. So I respond and get transferred to a Sales Agent again... Again... I'm still waiting.
