Your service sucks

I visited polokwane branch today and when i enter the premises i went straight to the guy by the name of Douglas and his manager is Riaan, and i found the guys head bended down and i ask him are you working on something,he didn't reply and i ask called his name "Douglas" and he said yes only to find out that he is busy on his phone,i then asked him if what he is busy doing is in regards to his job he then said no, and he began talking with to me with attitude because his voice was loud like he is now shouting at me,and I said to him show me what you are looking at on your phone he showed me whatsapp and he said "what are you looking for?" I then explained what am looking for He then said " what's your name and your managers name "i told him and he said he will write a review or a complain about on my employers website

I then asked him " how will that assist you in future to when customers enter the premises and you dont attend them and you just look at your phone when you are supposed to assist the customers" he kept quiet and because I was irritated I ended up not buying what i was supposed to buy, and I asked him if he is treating the black people that way by write bad reviews about them because they don't like black people and he said yes

As goldwagen please deal with such behavior before it gets out of hand such behaviors cannot be tolerated in a customer based environment
