Worst service I've ever had

<p>Literally the worst service I've ever had </p> <p> </p> <p>before I purchased the item on Friday 30, September 2016, I asked Don at the front desk that if I did not need the item if I could get my money back. Today 3 October, the very next Monday morning he tells me I can only get 20% of my money back? And they do not have enough cash (R840) to give me?? Lol this is by far the worst experience I've ever received from any brand. </p>
