WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Most likely the worst ever parts dealership i ever came accross. During December 2020, I returned a Bosch Car Battery previously bought at the Branch. The battery was 6 months old or in use by myself since i initially bought it from the Store.

Since i regularly stop and buy parts from the store i did not foresee the unprofessional-ism dis-concern from the store. After reminding myself after a month of the battery i left for investigation, since i opted to buy another Brand new battery from them i had to face a list of non-sensical lies from the so called Store Manager who showed very little emphathy to my plight of obtaining actual information of the whereabouts of my actual battery i dropped off on their request.

i have since visited the store and made numerous follow up calls to get some information on the sudden hijacked battery that Goldwagen seem to not know where it is. the arrogant Store manager "Mike" provided me with the following feedback which to this day and age has me dumbstruck on their understanding of fairness and being customer centered. According to the manager Goldwagen stands firm by the following;

1. Goldwagen takes no responsibility of the item their Supplier has lost and i should therefore not hold them responsible. 2. In all likely-hood the battery was in any event to be returned or rejected due to the reason i provided as a possible reason for discharge. 3. They will not replace the unit although they have lost the unit and this is part of their Policies 4. I will not be able to obtain any contact information of the owner or speak to them as they are busy with many Branches and I can therefore try and reach them in "BELA BELA"

The above is to me an all new low which i never thought i would actually experience in this lifetime but what surprises me is that the unhappiness is not of any concern to these guys.

Businesses who seem to carry themselves in such fashion should not enjoy the support from the Public and should be investigated by the ombudsman
