Waterpump purchased from Goldwagen Hatfield

I bought waterpump last year at Goldwagen Hatfield around mid February then my waterpump started to leak were i was stuck, i took my car for diagnose were was informed that its a waterpump cause this issues in the car. I phoned Goldwagen Hatfield asking about warranty with their parts then its was one year warranty, but i have to get buy another one so they can able to check from their site if what was the issue with it. I borrowed funds to buy and was informed i will be refunded within two to three weeks now its more than a month when i check they still waiting the respond at the factory were i don't understand were i fit in there. I bought same part from them why can't they refund me were this waterpump damaged my car badly were i had to pay +R10K to repair the car. My wife phoned was informed they will phone the factory then they will give me a call next day i phone still receive same issue, Please what should i do get my refund R 6 700 please help
