Water bottle for a car

We bought a water bottle at Goldwagen South Dale, for our which ours was faulty and licking. Took it to our mechanic to have it fitted which the bottle was big and couldn't fit. We took it back, we had to flow up with them as we had to fit the old bottle which is licking and bare in mind the issue damages other parts of the car. They are giving us a run around, yesterday we went there as they said they'll prioritize the matter and the consultant said their supplier said they are short stuffed there's nothing they can do, I asked to speak to a manager as 2 weeks has passed without any feedback. He escalated, now they are rejecting my request as we want a refund or get us a bottle that fits properly.

I want this issue sorted as our car is getting more damaged and eat time we must pour water as the old bottle is licking.
