VW GOLDWAGEN SPRINGFIELD HAVE NOT CARE ON COSTUMER IN INJURY MOMENTS IN THEIR PREMISES

Yesterday I went to Goldwagen Springfield to buy Alternator regulator, while I was with their salesman their staff member by the name of Gavin came in behind me with whatever he was holding then all that happen to my attention while I was facing the salesman counter was a hurtful bang in my right side feet next to my hill. I got 2 cuts from the metal stand that fell to my leg , same time I bleed blood. as much as it maybe be a mistake from their staff but I was extremely disappointed with they way the treated my injury on their business premises in front of everyone who was there . they acted as if nothing much happened and only came with plaster with 2 white tape. they saw the damage on my skin but it never worries them . all I was expecting from them was to make sure my wounds were taken care off with professionalism but that was not in their mindset at all. now am home suffering with pain i had to go by the pharmacy and buy medication to treat those cuts and pain tablets plus plasters as if I did that to my self. when I was at the parking lot driving away a gentleman came to me and ask my information so that ge could write the incident report, which seems that was their most important thing not to make sure about what happened to me as a costumer. for the past 16 years trusting them with my vehicle part I was devastated and disappointed of how they treated the situation. on my cuts I could easily see the white skin beneath now my feet is swollen and its my problem alone VW GOLDWAGEN SPRINGFIELD TREATED ME VERY BAD EVEN OTHER COSTUMERS ASK ME IS THIS THEIR BEST I WAS SHATTERED.
