VW Amarok Vuka Service Kit

I have had the worst experience with this outlet. On the 23 of March 2024, I bought a VW Amarok service kit. This comprises of diesel filter, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter. Upon fitting everything and driving the car for about 10km l discovered that the diesel filter was defective. All the diesel pumped from the tank was leaking through the diesel filter. I immediately took back the diesel filter as a claim. Kelvin is the sales rep whom l dealt with. I was told that they will take this filter back to the supplier for assessment which will take 14 working days. I was being told stories that they are busy with the claim until today when l called 22 April 2024 when l called and was told that the claim was rejected on the basis that they want the whole kit back in order to honor the claim. How crazy is that it takes a month to tell me to submit all the components of the service kit back because of one item in that service kit that was defective. It tells me that this company will not honor claims from service kits. They will sell you a service kit and require you to remove it all and wait for more than a month to honor their defective products as claim. Please don't buy service kit especially those Vuka which are in a kit.
