Very unhappy experience with them.

I've bought a fuel pump (R2150.00) for my car sometime late last year, this part literally lasted a few months then it gave in, I did not have the invoice in order for me to return it. I then decided to buy another one (another R2150.00) which did not even last me a month also misplaced the invoice but then found it sometime last month and returned it to the branch around the 23rd October 2017 (1 year warrantee on item and as per their policy, they will either repair, replace or refund). I was then advised by the guy who assisted me that I would get feedback within 7 days in which I didn't, 14 days passed, I then called them and was advised again that someone will call me within 30 minutes which did not happen. Today, one month later, I decided to call them and was advised that the claim has been REJECTED and that I must collect my broken pump. Stephan said he was going to email me the report which he still didn't. Service is really poor, infact poor is an understatement for how my situation was handled. If what think that i'll buy another fuel pump or infact any other parts from them, it will never happen again. I was not only guy, infact there is another guy I know who bought about 10 fuel pumps from Goldwagen.
