Very rude and uncaring staff

My wife asked for a new headlamp globe for her Chev Utility. She was sold an H4. When I got around to fitting it, it was incorrect. She needed an H7. If the counter staff don't KNOW then don't GUESS.

When she returned the globe to change it she was forced to stand outside in the hot sun with 3 other customers because there was only one staff member helping. When she got the counter and asked why there was only one counter staff member when there are many terminals and many customers waiting, a young man stood and said "Dis precis hoekom ek nou opgestann het!". ***!!!

If customers have to stand outside (because the shop is so small) how about a couple of garden umbrellas in stands? Or don't you give a s**t about your clients?

So, *********** and extremely rude staff with no concern about their customer's well being. Thanks but I'll get my spares elsewhere.
